dear twinga - i don't watch too many hindi movies so my choices are sort of old. i watched 'black' last year and it was good, about a blind, deaf and mute girl and her tutor. i also liked 'mr. & mrs. iyer', which came out a couple of years ago but is excellent. if you prefer fluff movies i would go with 'parineeta', which is a sappy love story but with nice tunes and a gorgeous leading couple. you know what, email me your preferences and i'll give you a shortlist of stuff to watch!
